When you book a call, we receive your name, email and the time you chose, to hold the call (Art. 6(1)(b)). Emails and files you send us are used to work on your project and keep a record of it (contract, Art. 6(1)(b); legal obligations for invoices, Art. 6(1)(c)).
Cookies and analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see how visitors use the site, and only if you click "Allow analytics" in the cookie banner (your consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). It sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) that can stay in your browser for up to 2 years, and Google Analytics keeps the reports for up to 14 months. Some of these providers are in the United States; transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it. Requests that don't turn into a project: up to 24 months. Project records and invoices: as long as Spanish tax and commercial law requires.
